Booking – It’s Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1:
Gather your information. We will need to gather the following when we book your program:
            ·  Contact information
            · Program date(s) and time(s)
            ·  Program location
            ·  Group grade level and number of attendees
            · Selected programs
            ·  Special needs

Step 2:
Call Science on the Road at 412.237.3374. One of our staff will take your information, answer your questions, and schedule your programs. We also will explain confirmation and payment procedures.

Step 3:
That’s it!
A Carnegie Science Center presenter will arrive at your location at the appropriate time to set up and present your program(s). All you provide is the space!
